With varying needs and special request that we receive from potential clients it’s difficult for us to quote a single price for any one hunt of the hunts we offer. Most of our limited entry hunts have a 2 guide to 1 hunter ratio and include food and lodging, but can be customized to fit your needs and budget. Give us a call or e mail for an estimate.

Black Timber Outfitters requires a 50% deposit at time of booking, You will not be considered booked until deposit is received. At that time Black Timber Outfitters will send you a notice of receiving deposit, and e mail an invoice with scheduled hunt dates, and remaining balance due. Balance of hunt is required upon arrival in camp before hunt will begin.

Deposits are NON-Refundable. If circumstances arise and you can not hunt your deposit may be applied to a booking for the following year.
